Airport Gateway Meet & Greet Service

We are delighted to provide an Airport Meet & Greet Service as an innovative customer offering available at multiple airports globally for all types of travellers flying on commercial aircraft regardless of whether it’s in Economy, Business or First Class. Our airport gate to home service will have you collected from the home or place of work by one of our chauffeur driven vehicles, met kerbside at the airport and taken directly to the aircraft gate, fast-tracking airport formalities.
When you land back at the airport we will also provide the same service, meeting you at the aircraft gate, assisting with baggage collection and escorting you to your limousine waiting kerbside that will then take you to your business meeting or place of residence.
We also provide the Airport Meet and Greet service without onward transportation should you have made your own direct transport arrangements.
The Airport Meet & Greet Service is aimed at both the business and leisure traveller including families, honeymoon couples and golfing parties. Airport Home Assistance offers an exclusive, personal airport meet and greet service to help you travel in real VIP style.
We’ll organize and check everything for you, with our work starting long before you arrive, so you have the peace of mind of knowing you won’t face any stress from the time you leave home or work, right through to when you settle down in your seat to enjoy your flight.
Departure VIP Service
- You will be collected from your home, work place or hotel by one of our chauffeur driven vehicles.
- A Concierge assistant will meet you on arrival at the airport, escort and assist you with check-in.
- We’ll make sure you’re fast-tracked through airport security checks (where available).
- You’ll have access to an executive VIP lounge (at additional cost, where available).
- Collected from the Lounge and escorted to your departure gate and pre-boarding.
Arrival VIP Service
- You will be met at the aircraft (or Terminal if parked on a remote stand).
- Escorted through immigration and assisted with completion of paperwork where applicable.
- Guided to baggage reclaim.
- Escorted to kerbside where your chauffeur driver will transport you to your final destination.
Transit VIP Service
- You will be met at the aircraft (or Terminal if parked on a remote stand).
- Escorted through immigration and assisted with completion of paperwork where applicable.
- Escorted to Flight Connections if luggage checked through baggage reclaim.
- Taken to the connecting flight (including terminal transfers).
